Ten Simple Thanks for Today

Thank You, Father, for quiet, early mornings that I get to spend with You.

Thank You for getting me up this morning to face this new day. Every day is a gift from You. Thank You for this one.

Thank You for last night's rest.

Thank You for the bed that enabled last night's good rest.

Thank You for the view out my living room window, letting me see the beautiful world You have given to us to enjoy.

Thank You for a house that protects me from the harsh weather outside.

Thank You that my time with You this morning gives me a sense of peace and purpose for my day.

Thank You for the wise counsel I received from Your word this morning.

Thank You that You will walk with me through this day.

Thank You that Your grace is sufficient for each day's needs.
