Lord God,
We speak of things being awesome, but only You are truly awesome, so filled with awe so that we are awestruck. You are the only One who is truly awesome.
You are the only being who really deserves superlatives. You transcend our ability to comprehend how truly great You are.
Some people are beautiful. You are magnificent.
Some are intelligent. You are omniscient.
Some are wise. You are wisdom.
Some are experts in their fields. You created their fields.

| God creates incredible beauty. |
Some are intelligent. You are omniscient.
Some are wise. You are wisdom.
Some are experts in their fields. You created their fields.
- Accomplished composers write music that You put into their minds.
- Scientists discover the things You put into our world.
- Artists reflect the glory that You painted into sunrises, autumn leaves, and smiling children.
- Writers struggle to put into words the greatness of who You are, the Word itself.
No matter what greatness a human can achieve, none can match Your creative genius, Your enduring strength, Your perfect wisdom, Your immaculate holiness. No millionaire has as much wealth as You. No beauty queen has Your perfection. No Olympian can match Your strength. No matter how great humans become, they will never be as great as You.
Thank You that You are so great that You go beyond our ability to understand and comprehend. You are truly awesome!
Amen.
